Returns, Exchanges and Warranty
For returns of faulty, incorrectly supplied or damaged items, original and return shipping fees (domestic Australia only) will be covered by Wheel Society.
Wheel Society are unable to offer a refund, replacement or exchange for change of mind purchases.
Wheel Society is not liable for any cost, delay, damage or loss in connection with the transport and return of the goods to us.

We do not accept any packages returned by Aust Post COD(Cash On Delivery).
Most parcels will be returned using Aust Post, however there will be some exception for oversize items due to post limitations.
Please return within 30 days of successfully receiving your item. Return items must be in brand new and resellable condition with all packaging – including all product tags, labels & original packaging.
Wheel Society will usually process returns and exchanges within two (2) working days of receiving the returned goods back.
For warranties, please return within the products warranty period commencing from the date of successful receipt.
Warranties will usually be processed by our customer service team within two (2) working days. The time to complete a warranty claim will vary depending on the relevant supplier.
Registered Post – All items returned to Wheel Society are at the risk of the sender and we would highly recommend sending all items back via registered post.
Return items in original condition – include all product tags, labels & original packaging ready for resale.
Items must be sent back in a postage box or bag – Do not attach address labels directly to the product box.
If the item is not returned in original sale condition Wheel Society can refuse to accept the return or charge a restocking fee.
Please return items within 30 days of purchase.
Refunds will usually be processed within two (2) working days of approval.
Refunds can only be made back to the payment method used for your order.
Any refunds for items purchased using a discount coupon/voucher will be credited at the net purchase price as shown on your order confirmation email.
Please allow up to five (5) days after Wheel Society has completed your refund for your financial institution to take receipt of the refund into your account.
